Shipping policy

We want you to know exactly what to expect when you order from Dusk Paws.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a separate email with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–15 business days within the United States. Some items may take slightly longer depending on the product. Exact shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to begin updating.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipping carriers experience delays outside of our control (weather, customs, high shipping volume, etc.). If your order is taking significantly longer than expected, contact us at scherrercb@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll do our best to help you resolve the issue with the carrier.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping is available for your location, it will be offered as an option at checkout, and any applicable customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
