The plain "Blue" and "Red" options are a single cooling mat in the size you choose. The "set" options bundle the mat with an extra item chosen by our supplier for that batch — handy if you want spares or extras, though the bonus item can vary. If you just want one mat, choose the plain "Blue" or "Red" option.

Is "Red" actually a bright red color?
No — it's a soft dusty-rose/pink stripe, not a bold red, so think blush pink rather than fire-engine red. Choose "Blue" if you'd rather have the cooler blue-gray tone.

What do the "5pcs set1" / "5pcs set2" options include?
Five cooling mats bundled together in your chosen size — a good option if you have multiple pets, want spares, or are stocking up. "Set1" and "set2" are two slightly different bundle batches from our supplier; either works if you just want five mats.

Does it need to be frozen, refrigerated, or plugged in?

How do I clean it?
Machine wash on a gentle cycle and air dry (avoid high heat, which can damage the cooling fabric). It's lightweight so it dries quickly.

How do I pick the right size?
Measure the space where your pet will lie down — nose to tail, plus a little extra — and match it to S, M, or L. If your pet is between sizes, size up for a more comfortable fit.
